Director’s Message
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Rajkiya Engineering College Pratapgarh, a state funded government engineering college, started in the academic session 2023-24 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The college presently offers four undergraduate programs in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Civil Engineering (CE), and Mechanical Engineering (ME) each with an intake of 60 whereas their curriculums are carefully designed to meet current academic and industry standards. During its formative phase, the college is temporarily operating from the campus of Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology (KNIT), Sultanpur and an associated college of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. This collaboration ensures that our academic practices align with established quality benchmarks while the permanent campus at Pratapgarh is being developed. With extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Vision and Data Science, I firmly believe that the future of engineering education must be interdisciplinary, research-oriented, and closely integrated with real-world applications. At REC Pratapgarh, our academic vision is rooted in this belief - combining strong theoretical foundations with hands-on learning, collaborative research, and meaningful industry engagement. We are committed to establishing:
