ABOUT Ms. Utkarsha Baish

Ms. Utkarsha Baish is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities (Management) at BRBBA Rajkiya Engineering College, Pratapgarh. With academic expertise in Financial Management and Human Resource Management, she has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and mentoring students. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Dr. RML Awadh University, Ayodhya. Ms. Baish earned her MBA from the Institute of Co-operative and Corporate Management, Research and Training (ICCMRT), AKTU, Lucknow. She has contributed to the field of academic research through active participation in national and international conferences and seminars. Passionate about academic excellence and holistic student development, she emphasizes innovative pedagogical practices to enhance the teaching–learning experience.

Her research interest lies in Behavioural Finance, with a focus on the impact of political events on investor sentiment and Indian stock market indices.
